Booking Policy
Punctuality
A 15-minute grace period is given to all appointments. If you arrive more than half an hour late, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment and there may be additional charges.
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 to 48 hours may incur a $55.00 cancellation fee.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total service cost. Thank you for your understanding.
